I agree, giving birth is the most miraculous event in a womans life...but being pregnant was not the happiness time in my life. I new that morning sickness happens to a high percentage of pregnant woman, but I didn't know I was in for an all day event that lasted all of my pregnancy.
When I first became pregnant and starting feeling ill, I was told to eat crackers and drink 7-up. This will work for the person who feels mild symptoms of nausea. Since my symptoms were more extreme and lasted all day I researched ginger. Take whole ginger, ground it yourself and drink it as a tea. This seemed to alleviate the symptoms for a short time.
